Baked Zucchini Squares Recipe

Ingredients

3 cup thinly sliced zucchini (un-peeled)

1 cup Bisquick, or similar baking mix

1/2 to 1 cup finely chopped onion (depending on taste)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tbl parsley

1/2 to 1 tsp. seasoned salt

1/2 to 1 tsp. oregano

1 dsh pepper

1 clove finely chopped garlic

1/2 cup vegetable oil

4 eggs, slightly beaten

1/2 to 3/4 tsp. salt

Directions

Mix everything together. Pour into greased 13 x 9 greased pan. Bake 25-35 minutes in 350 degree preheated oven until golden brown. Slice into squares.
