Easy White Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 500g White Chocolate (milky bar - melted)
  • 250g Cream Cheese (room tempture)
  • 250g Sour Cream (room tempture)
  • 300ml Cream
  • 60gm Butter
  • 1 Packet Malt Biscuits
  • 27cm Springform Dish (no smaller)

Directions
  1. To prepare the crust - place malt biscuits in a large sealable bag. Crush finely with a rolling pin.
  2. Combine biscuit crumbs with melted butter, press into a greased 27cm springform pan.
  3. Place in a bowl - cream cheese and sour cream (hand) mix until smooth - add cream - mix.
  4. Add melted chocolate - mix.
  5. Place mixture into biscuit crust and refrigerate until set or even better overnight..
  6. Refrigerate until chilled.
