Luscious Lemon Jello Cake

This cake was my children's favorite when they were growing up. I still like to serve it in contrast to chocolate desserts when I entertain. It is easy and rich and super MOIST.
Ingredients
- 1 box lemon cake (supreme) shopping list
- 1 box jello (small lemon) shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 3/4 cup oil shopping list
- 1 cup hot water for the jello shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup powered sugar shopping list
- 6 Tbsp. lemon juice shopping list
How to make it
- Dissolve the jellow in the 1 cup hot water. Let this cool till it STARTS to gel.
- Mix the cake mix and 4 eggs and oil.
- Stir the jello into the cake batter.
- Pour into a 9 x 13 pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees until done.
- Topping: While the cake is still hot make holes on the top with a toothpick. Pour over the mixture of the powered sugar and the lemon juice. Let cake cool.
