Like many non-alcoholic drinks, this one wouldn't suffer by the addition of a little vodka or rum. Serve it just like this for a crowd pleaser for the whole family.
Ingredients
- 1 oz (30 ml) lemon juice shopping list
- 2 Tsp (10 ml) powdered (confectioner' s) sugar shopping list
- ice shopping list
- club soda shopping list
How to make it
- Combine the lemon juice and sugar in a tall glass, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Fill the glass with ice and then fill with club soda.
