How to make it

  • Combine shrimp, 1TBS olive oil,dried spices,lemon juice and vinegar in a bowl,set aside.
  • In sauce pan add 3/4 of the olive oil and saute garlic on medium to low heat for 1 minute. Add the tomatoes and saute while breaking up tomatoes for 10 minutes or until tomato becomes saucy. Add the shrimp mixture and saute for 3-4 minutes just until shrimp are almost done, remove shrimp with slotted spoon and set aside. Break apart the cambazola cheese and add to the sauce, stir frequently until cheese melts and return shrimp and cooked pasta and toss until shrimp are done.

    Never tried Cambazola... but I am a fan of bleu cheese so I'll have to try this!

    Jett, cambazola has a mild bleu cheese flavor that works great with seafood and tomatos. You can also use brie for this recipe which works good too. I often make this recipe without the noodles and pour it over pan fried fish ( without breading) as a sauce.

    Mmm... cambazola's a milder gorgonzola like cheese. Good entry level bleu.
