Wow! This sounds great. I mix a part of hot cocoa mix with my coffee and drink it daily....and my can of hot cocoa is almost empty.

Sounds great, wondering if maybe you could sub the sugar free cooked pudding mix?

Mmmmmmm...Who needs a cold day(Besides,I'm from Winnipeg, lots of cold days here)? This sounds good at anytime. I have often added chocolate pudding to store bought hot chocolate mix to make it thicker and creamier, and to make it go farther. May I suggest adding a drizzle of vanilla, a pinch of cinnamon, and a pinch of chili powder for an amazing taste? Thanks Chefmeow for another good one!
