No Knead Potato Refrigerator Rolls Recipe

Ingredients

1 Cup Mashed Potatoes

1/3 Cup Sugar

1/2 Cup Oil

2-1/2 tsp. Salt

2 Cups Hot Milk

2 Eggs Beaten

1 package Dry yeast dissolved in 1/4 cup lukewarm water.

5 Cups to 5 1/2 Cups sifted flour

Directions

Combine mashed potatoes, sugar, oil, salt and hot milk. Cool to

lukewarm. Stir in beaten eggs and yeast that has been dissolved. Then add flour. Mix well, cover and let rise until double in bulk. Whip

down, cover and place in refrigerator.

Shape into rolls, let rise then Bake at 375 degrees F. for 15-20 minutes.
