No Knead Potato Refrigerator Rolls

These are really easy to make since it doesn't involve any kneading. I love homemade rolls, especially the kind you mix up the night before and pop in the fridge till the next day. Enjoy
Ingredients
- 1 Cup mashed potatoes shopping list
- 1/3 Cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 Cup oil shopping list
- 2-1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 2 Cups Hot milk shopping list
- 2 eggs Beaten shopping list
- 1 package dry yeast dissolved in 1/4 cup lukewarm water. shopping list
- 5 Cups to 5 1/2 Cups sifted flour shopping list
How to make it
- Combine mashed potatoes, sugar, oil, salt and hot milk. Cool to
- lukewarm. Stir in beaten eggs and yeast that has been dissolved. Then add flour. Mix well, cover and let rise until double in bulk. Whip
- down, cover and place in refrigerator.
- Shape into rolls, let rise then Bake at 375 degrees F. for 15-20 minutes.
