How to make it

  • Combine all ingredients in a heavy-bottomed pot on medium-high heat.
  • Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 12 minutes, stirring.
  • Mash with a potato masher or fork to blend.
  • Cook until thick bubbles start forming. Remove from heat.
  • While still warm pour into sterilized jars, screw on lids and cool completely before storing in fridge.

    It makes about 2 1/4 cups, you could definitely use blueberries, I bet that would be awesome!
