Ingredients
  • 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 teaspoon all seasoning salt
  • 1 cup crushed pecans (for coating)

Directions
  1. prep time does not include chilling
  2. Mix above ingredients expect pecans together.
  3. Form into a ball and refrigerate until well chilled.
  4. Roll in crushed pecans.
  5. Refrigerate until serving time.
  6. Makes 1 cheese ball
