Excellent Mushroom Sauce For Steak Recipe

Now, I know it has butter in it, but, it gives a glossy finish to the steak. Enjoy! :)

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 lb fresh mushrooms
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire
- 1/2 tsp hot sauce
- Optional: add a pinch of Balsamic Vinegar :)
Directions
- Melt butter in a large skillet; add remaining ingredients and cook over low heat 15 min. or til mushrooms are tender.
- Serve with a great steak! :) also wonderful on egg noodles too!
