How to make it

  • Heat oil.
  • Coat fish with 3 to 4 tbsp of the Bisquick
  • Mix remaining ingredients until smooth. If batter is too thick, stir in additional beer, 1 tbsp at a time. Dip fish into batter, fry until golden brown, about 2 minutes on each side. Drain on paper towel.
