How to make it

  • Mix all marinade ingredients and pour over chicken in a ziplock bag. Squeeze out air, seal and marinate ovenight.
  • Bake at 325 degrees, basting frequently for 90 minutes until well-browned.
  • NOTE: Use wheat free tamari instead of regular soy sauce to make this gluten-free.

    Again another recipe that sounds yumm. You have been so helpful - is bourban wheat free- alcohol is a tuff thing to figure out - you note the tamari but I can never figure out the alcohol(Again wheat free not gluten free foodie) just in case you can't help
