Ingredients

24 - scotch bonnet peppers, stems removed and cut in half

2- large onions, peeled and chopped

3/4 - cup prepared mustard

4 - large cloves of garlic

2 - tablespoons cayenne pepper

1/2 - cup brown sugar

1/8 - teaspoon ground cloves

1/2 - cup gold rum

2 - tablespoons dry sherry

2 - tablespoons gin

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until mixture is pureed.

pour into a glass bottles and seal , store in refrigerator

..........let those babies get hot as the flavors unite ...............hahaha

........you can tone this down so its at least comfortable hahahahaha

Have a fire extinguisher ready.
Skip that keep the rum handy it will cut down the hot pepper oils ans wash them away.
