How to make it

  • Cut a thin slice off each tomatoe top. Scoop out and discard pulp.I use the end of a metal measuring spoon to do this.
  • Invert the tomatoes on a paper towel to drain.
  • In a zip loc plastic bag, conbine all remaining ingredients; mix well. Cut off tip and pipe into tomatoes.
  • Refrigerate for several hours.
