Ingredients

How to make it

  • Peel cucumbers, and slice in very thick slices.
  • Wipe dry with a cloth.
  • Salt n pepper.
  • Dredge in flour.
  • Fry in a pan with about a tablespoon of shortening and a tablespoon of butter.
  • Brown on both sides.
  • Serve warm
