Nazzs Salmon

- 1 salmon steak shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- home-made mayonaise shopping list
- Chopped parseley shopping list
- 1 garlic clove shopping list
- bread crumbs shopping list
How to make it
- Remove all the bones, but leave the skin
- Grill on top of the stove, skin down, untill the salmon turns white-ish half way up
- Move to a baking dish, still skin down
- Season lightly with salt and pepper
- Mix the mayonnaise with the parsely and finely chopped garlic (for 1 portion of fish, use 1-2 tbsp mayonnaise)
- Spread over the fish
- sprinkle with bread crumbs
- Put under the grill for a few minutes until golden.
- Enjoy!

This sounds good - I have to get motivated and make some mayo before I could try it!! I think it'd work well with other meat-y fish too like grouper, don't you think?
