Ingredients

1 salmon steak

salt and pepper

home-made mayonaise

Chopped parseley

1 garlic clove

bread crumbs

Directions

Remove all the bones, but leave the skin

Grill on top of the stove, skin down, untill the salmon turns white-ish half way up

Move to a baking dish, still skin down

Season lightly with salt and pepper

Mix the mayonnaise with the parsely and finely chopped garlic (for 1 portion of fish, use 1-2 tbsp mayonnaise)

Spread over the fish

sprinkle with bread crumbs

Put under the grill for a few minutes until golden.

Enjoy!
