Ingredients
  • Crust:
  • 2 cups oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • Filling:
  • 6-7 peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup flour

Directions
  1. Mix crust ingredents together, press in a 9 inch pie pan. Save a bit for top.
  2. Coat peaches with flour and white sugar mixture
  3. Put in crust..
  4. Top with the brown sugar, cinnimon and butter.. and the crumbs from the crust..
  5. Bake at 400 for about 60 minutes.. Serve with whipped cream or plain. Yummy!

I have some peaches that I need to use before they get overripe and your recipe looks ideal. Might not have enough peaches though so I will probably add some plums. I'll let you know how it turns out.
