PEACH PIE-OATMEAL CRUST Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix crust ingredents together, press in a 9 inch pie pan. Save a bit for top.
  • Coat peaches with flour and white sugar mixture
  • Put in crust..
  • Top with the brown sugar, cinnimon and butter.. and the crumbs from the crust..
  • Bake at 400 for about 60 minutes.. Serve with whipped cream or plain. Yummy!

    I have some peaches that I need to use before they get overripe and your recipe looks ideal. Might not have enough peaches though so I will probably add some plums. I'll let you know how it turns out.
