How to make it

  • Combine all and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer 60 minutes. Stir frequently to keep from sticking.
  • Pour, boiling hot, into hot jars and leave 1/4 inch head space - adjust hot tops (lids). Process 10 minutes in boiling water bath. Makes about 3 pints.

    I love this sweet, sour and spicy chutney. Can you please tell me about storage? How long can I store it and in freeze or at room temperature? I am waiting for the reply.
