Easy to make and ever so good with all sorts of dishes! If you want, simmer it down more to intensify the flavor. Fondly asked for by friends as “the peach tar” when I finish reducing it!

Outstanding recipe, Ray hon. I can't wait to make my own 'peach tar'! I keep looking at your malt vinegar reference in the ingredient list and I am intrigued. I am a huge malt vinegar fan and I am smiling like the Chelshire Cat at the thought of using it with all the sweet and savory goodness. Wow - you're rocking my tastebuds here! I must try this....*wanders away*...
*Wanders back*....Thanks so much for the great recipe. Hugs sweetie, Vickie

Shine, You are a sweet man! Just the mention of chutney and there you have a recipe for it. This sounds so good; spicy, sweet and sour. Thank you!

P.S., If you freeze it do you still need to hot water process it?
