Moms mac and cheese. It's very cheesy and eggy.

Ingredients
- 8 oz elbow macoroni
- 4 beaten eggs
- 3 cups whole milk
- 1/4 pound butter softened
- 1/2 pound shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
Directions
- Cook the macaroni.
- Add milk, butter and salt to beaten eggs.
- Alternate layers of macaroni and the cheese.
- Pour the egg mixture on top.
- THIS IS REALLY BEST IF LEFT COVERED IN FRIDGE OVERNIGHT BEFORE COOKING.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes uncovered.

My DD (dear daughter) is always lookin in the cupboard for Mac'n Cheese, but I hate buying the stuff in boxes with all the unpronounceable ingredients in there. This sounds yummy although not exactly low in fat grams. A trade off for preservatives, and a better alternative. I'm gonna try it. She'll love it, and so will the rest of the gang. Thanks.
