Ingredients
  • 1 pk 12-oz. butterscotch morsels
  • 6 cups fresh Popped corn
  • 1 cup Almonds; slivered (lightly 'toasted')

Directions
  1. In a 1-qt. microwave safe measuring cup, microwave butterscotch morsels on HIGH for 3 min., stirring after each minute, until melted and smooth.
  2. Pour over popcorn and almonds, stirring gently to mix well.
  3. Drop in small clusters onto a lightly buttered baking sheet. Let cool.

LOL, Jeffs Girl..you are right..this would be FABU as a gift basket item!! Let me get into
more recipes and add more gourmet popcorns, nuts etc., in case someone wants to do a medley for snack/treat baskets. It is NOT too early to start
thinking about holidays..Yep..in JULY!! :)
