Peach Pound Cake Recipe
This is one of the moistest cakes I have ever tasted. It's very good. I like to serve it with homemade peach ice cream. Hope you will give it a try. It's awesome.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 cups fresh peaches peeled and chopped
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
  • 3 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
  • Icing:
  • 1 medium peach
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Directions
  1. Mix ingredients in order listed then pour in greased and floured tube pan and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
  2. Cool in pan for 10 minutes then turn out on serving platter and cool completely.
  3. Puree peach and sugar together then drizzle over cake.
