  • 1 cup sliced fresh or frozen peaches, divided
  • 2 cups (16 ounces) peach yogurt
  • 1 carton (8 ounces) whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 graham cracker crust (8 inches)

Directions
  1. Finely chop half of the peaches; place in a bowl.
  2. Stir in the yogurt.
  3. Fold in whipped topping.
  4. Spoon into the crust.
  5. Cover and freeze for 4 hours or until firm.
  6. Refrigerate for 45 minutes before slicing.
  7. Top with remaining peaches.
  8. Yield: 8 servings.
