How to make it

  • Rinse 1 ½ lbs large or larger shrimp, shell off, tail on. (Or mix shrimps and scallops)
  • Combine the marinade ingredients, squeezing the lime quarters. Marinate in a sealable storage bag for 1 hour. Squeeze the air out of the bag to the extent possible.
  • Grill on a heated George Foreman grill for 1 ½ minutes. Or grill over medium coals in a grill basket turning frequently until pink and slightly charred. I like to grill the lime quarters for effect.
