I have a question! the flavor five spice! is that a sweet spice? I could not find at the grocery store! The one I bought was Ground all spice by morton & bassett! and the rice white vinegar! my goodness I could only find rice wine vinegar! that is the same right! I live in West Texas! I have to get my pasta shipped from Ohio for my Polish dishes....LOL I am going to marinate and make these juicey pork ribs on Monday!

Opps.. I din know that you could not find the spices. Well the flavour of five spice is a kind of chinese basic spices. Well it does smell and taste sweet and comes in the colour of earthy red. Also you can use any wine vinegar, it's not a problem. Hope you like the combination of tastes! Happy cooking!
