This Beurre Blanc Sauce can complements many maine courses . I use to serve this over a Mango Chicken Roulade with sides of Coconut sticky Rice Fresh sliced Mesquite grilled fruit and Cilantro Lime Gremolata.

Yes it does a bit, But in doing so it creates the perfect canvas for this sweet savory Mango Sauce that's not to acidic, and having to actually use less Mango Puree due to less acid content you end up with a Mango Beurre Blanc that's also not to sweet :)
