Ingredients
  • 2 / 3 cup flour (all-purpose)
  • 5 ½ cup shredded coconut (bagging)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 325° F (170°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Mix in a large bowl the flour, coconut and salt
  3. Add milk and vanilla
  4. Using your hands mix the dough
  5. Then with a spoon to medium cookies place the mixture into the mold, besitos should remain as the size ½ lemon (lime).
  6. Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool on the baking sheet for about 10 minutes and then place on a wire rack to cool.
