How to make it

  • Beat eggs then add milk, clam liquid and oil then beat until well blended.
  • Stir in flour, baking powder and salt then beat until well blended.
  • Add corn and clams then drop by well rounded tablespoons into hot oil.
  • Cook until browned on both sides then drain on paper towels.

    Hello....
    What a delicious recipe...I have made
    Corn and Okra Fritters....but here is
    another Fritter that my Grandson will like,
    since he likes Corn and Clam Chowder...
    I am sure he will 'inhale' these little
    fritters!!
