Stuffed Burgers Texan Style Recipe

Stuffed Burgers Texan Style Recipe
Burgers with so much flavor! These burgers can be made with ground turkey instead of the beef. I have made them both ways and each are equally delicious!

What a cool idea - poppers in my burgers!!!! You are amazing, D...I'm loving everything you post - and such great ideas...thank you!

Yum, I love burgers, this one sounds sooooo awfully good. What a great post, thank you so much for sharing, you have my 5.

I like adding salsa to the cheese to add some needed heat to the recipe. That hidden Popper is a great treat when you bite into the burger.

After I chopped the onion and pepper, I tossed it into the hamburger mixture. I forgot to sautee it :) - However it was still EXCELLENT. I also added about 1/4 cup bread crumds to help it hold together. We skipped the cheese sauce, but I topped with pepperjack cheese, and topped with lettuce tomatoes and onions with mayo. I served with the leftover poppers - Quick and easy dinner!
