Hot Antipasto

- 2 cups marinated artichoke hearts-rinsed and chopped shopping list
- 1 cup roasted sweet red peppers(jarred or canned)chopped shopping list
- 1 can(8oz.)sliced mushrooms-drained shopping list
- 1 cup mozzerella-shredded shopping list
- 1/4 cup parm or romano grated cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs-plain shopping list
How to make it
- Butter a 9-13 inch baking dish.
- Dust the inside of baking dish with some of the breadcrumbs.
- In a large bowl combine all ingredients except breadcrumbs.
- Then spread into the baking dish.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 20-30 minutes or til breadcrumbs are browned.
- Serve warm as an appetizer.
