Ingredients

How to make it

  • have all ingredients at room temperature
  • put the ingredients into the bread maker in the order that they are listed.
  • select white bread and push start..
  • ...................................................................
  • if you are doing this the 'old-fashioned ' way just follow the way you would normally make bread
  • it makes two loaves
  • bake at 350' F for approx 40 minutes

    More cheese flavor, or should I say less hot yeasty smell, once the bread had a chance to completely cool. We ripped into the, fresh out of the oven, bread like monkeys on a cupcake.

    So ya think 3 cups flour is enough to make two loaves do ya?

    Did this recipe by hand. Divided dough up into 3 sections to make bread bowls. A beef stew is going into them later.

    Nice yeasty smell that covered up the sharp cheddar a little.

    I'll be trying this one too, when the weather gets cooler. Have a bread machine but don't like and don't use, but I love to bake bread in the oven and I love cheese bread!
