These thin-pancake looking zucchini rounds are a good substitution for a veggie. I like them at coctail parties.

I just recently "discovered" Bisquick thanks to Michellem and her Summer Quiche recipe. Which I am eating as I write. Anyhow, Bisquick is so diverse and easy to use. Can't wait to try your zucchini rounds.
