How to make it

  • Make sure you wash all your veggies thoroughly beforehand.
  • Cut the top off a bell pepper. I usually use red or yellow. Remove all seeds and rinse out. Put your dip in and serve.
  • Cut the base of Broccoli to make sure that it sits up right. Cut out florets in the middle so that a glass bowl can sit snug in the center and fill with dip. You can do the same with Cauliflower too.
  • Use cabbage head, cut off bottom to make sure it sits up right and is level. Hollow out and put in the dip. I use red cabbage because it is prettier.

    I have used the peppers before but never thought of using the broccoli, cabbage or cauliflower...great idea.
