How to make it

  • Heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add steak; cook 7-9 minutes or until desired doneness, turning once. Cut beef into 1/4 inch slices.
  • Using the same pan, saute mushrooms and onions until tender, about 5 minutes.
  • Mix beef, pasta, artichokes, mushrooms, peas, red pepper and toss with Litehouse® Bleu Cheese Dressing.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Serve warm or refrigerate and serve as a cold salad.
