- 8 oz semi sweet baking chocolate shopping list
- 3/4 C heavy cream shopping list
- ...................................... shopping list
- 5 oz butter shopping list
- 2/3 C plain flour , 1/2 C cocoa pwd - sifted shopping list
- 8 oz chopped semisweet baking chocolate shopping list
- 3 L eggs shopping list
- 2 L yolks shopping list
- 1/2 C sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla essence shopping list
How to make it
- Bring the cream of boil and pour it over the chocolate .
- Whisk until smooth .
- Line a wax paper on a plate and pour the ganache over .
- Put in the freezer until its firm .
- Portion it into 12 using a tbsp and roll it into small balls like truffles .
- Put it back in freezer .
- ............................
- Preheat oven at 180 deg C .
- Grease a 12 muffin tray with some melted butter.
- Set aside .
- Melt the butter and chocolate together and stir until smooth .
- Beat the eggs and sugar for 2 mins on high .
- Add the melted chocolate .
- Beat until mixed .
- Blend in the dry ing . until mixed well .
- Add the vanilla and mix .
- Scoop them equally into the muffin tray and bake for 5 mins .
- Remove the truffle from the freezer and press it down into the muffins and return them to the oven .
- And bake another 15 to 20 mins .
- Cool and remove carefully .
