How to make it

  • Beat egg-whites until stiff. Fold in remaining ingredients, adding enough beer to make a medium-thick batter. Coat fish fillets of your choice with the batter & deep-fry until golden & crispy.

    That does sound like a light, crispy batter - I will try this on some of our fish next time I deep fry...nothing beats a good beer batter and some malt vinegar! Thank you...Krum
