Stuffed Zuccinni

- 1 lg. zuccinni shopping list
- 1 med. banana pepper shopping list
- 1 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 1 c. cooked chicken, shredded shopping list
- 1 c. shredded colby cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Slice zuccinni in 1/2 lengthwise and scoop out inside, reserving the squash you scooped out.
- Place zuccinni shells, hallow side up, on an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Cube zuccinni (the reserved stuff), and mix with remaining ingredients, EXCEPT cheese.
- Fill hallowed zuccinni shells with filling.
- Bake at 375 degrees for a bout 15 minutes, or until mixture is bubbly.
- Sprinkle cheese over mixture and return to oven for about 5-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
