Tomatillo With A Twist Salsa

I came up with this when I had a bunch of ingredients sitting around.
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. tomatillos, diced shopping list
- 2 jalapenos, seeded and diced shopping list
- 1 medium red onion, diced (or shallots) shopping list
- 1/3 cup chopped cilantro shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 3 tablespoons lime juice shopping list
- 1 teaspoon sugar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon of honey shopping list
- Dash of hot sauce shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients and chill for at least 3 hours for flavors to combine.

This sounds like another good one!!!Can I use canned or jarred jalapenos?Theres a warning about the fresh ones.
