This dough should have worked out. Liquid to dry ingredients are in line with other dough recipes. Will have to make this again and figure out what I did wrong.

Not a good dough. It's too stiff. Think there should be more water or oil to make it mixable. Maybe 2 tablespoons to a quarter cup more. End product was dense.

Very easy and quick! Not sure about everyone else's but mine was very light fluffy and bread like. Everyone liked it tho it was different than what we're use to. Will use again for sure.

This is great! I have never seen one that has such a short rising time! 15 minutes works for me! I will surely try this one with your Chicken Broccoli Calzones. That recipe inspired my new group Calzones, Stromboli and Handheld Meals.

I've been looking for a good crust I could make at home - sounds like this is the one I have to try. Have you ever tried pre-baking it before adding the toppings to get a crispier crust? I am looking for that thin, crispy end result, and I'm thinking that if I pre-bake it until it begins to brown, I might end up with the crispness I crave?!?

Almost identical to mine except I use 2 TB of sugar. It's excellent and works every time!

Great! I use the same exact recipe.... But now I need some advice. 50% of the time the dough is amazing. The other 50% it's garbage. is it because I don't knead enough? Or too much? What am I doing wrong?
