- Country Orange Cream Cheese Pound Cake

- 1- 8oz pkg.cream cheese
- 3/4 c (1 1/2 sticks) of real butter (no sub)
- 1 1/2 cups of sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 tsp. orange extract
- 1/2 tsp. lemon extract
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups cake flour or all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

- Preheat oven to 325'F.
- Beat cream cheese, butter, sugar and extracts until well blended.
- Add eggs one at a time and beat until combined.
- Add in flour and baking powder and beat at low speed until incorporated.
- Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan and bake for 1 hour to
- 1 hour 10 mins or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool completely on wire rack.
