  • Country Orange Cream Cheese Pound Cake
  • =======================================
  • 1- 8oz pkg.cream cheese
  • 3/4 c (1 1/2 sticks) of real butter (no sub)
  • 1 1/2 cups of sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp. orange extract
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon extract
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups cake flour or all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

  • Preheat oven to 325'F.
  • Beat cream cheese, butter, sugar and extracts until well blended.
  • Add eggs one at a time and beat until combined.
  • Add in flour and baking powder and beat at low speed until incorporated.
  • Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan and bake for 1 hour to
  • 1 hour 10 mins or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Let cool completely on wire rack.
