I thought this a great time of year to feature this.. so many lovely & healthy vegatables are all fresh from the garden..delicious! Double or triple it, if you like..yummers!!

- • 3 Cups tomatoes, seeded, chopped shopping list
- • 1/2 Cup Sliced green onions (w/tops) shopping list
- • 1/2 Cup Chopped green bell pepper shopping list
- • 3 Tbsp lime juice shopping list
- • 1 or 2 Tbsp Snipped fresh cilantro shopping list
- • 1 Tbsp Finely chopped jalapeño shopping list
- • 1 Tsp Finely chopped garlic (about 3 cloves) shopping list
- • 1/2 Tsp salt shopping list
How to make it
- ============================================
- Mix all ingredients. This simple salsa is unbeatable when
- tomatoes are at their brilliant best. If time permits, refrigerate
- the salsa for two or three hours before serving, so that flavors
- of the individual ingredients blend together. Serve with your
- favorite tortilla chips.
- ============================================
- If you decide to make more..seal it tightly and it will keep in
- refrigerator for a week or more.
