Ingredients
  • 1 1/8 cup milk
  • 3 TBS. butter
  • 2 TBS. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon or nutmeg,grated orange peel or lemon peel
  • 3 cups unbleached flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. fast acting yeast- bread machine yeast

Directions
  1. preheat oven to 350*F. bake filled pockete for 15-20 minutes
  2. remove from oven and cool then dust with powdered sugar
