Loris Chunky Garden Salsa

Made this last week when we had several tomatoes on our vines. I combined what I liked best from several recipes, I couldn't find one that had everything I wanted. Bryan loved it...even ate some on his pizza! lol This was better the following day, next time I will plan to make the day before.
Ingredients
- 8 med-large ripe red tomatoes, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 red onion, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 white onion, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 red pepper, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 green pepper (or yellow) chopped shopping list
- 2 jalepenos, seeded and chopped fine shopping list
- Zest of 1 lime shopping list
- juice of 2 limes shopping list
- 4 heaping forks chopped garlic shopping list
- salt shopping list
- Small handfull fresh cilantro, chopped small shopping list
How to make it
- Add each ingredient to large mixing bowl as chopped
- Stir together
- Allow to sit in fridge several hours or overnight
