Country Garlic Fried Chicken

- Country garlic Fried chicken shopping list

- 2, -2 1/2 pound frying chickens cut in pieces shopping list
- 2 tablespoon of lemon juice shopping list
- 1 cup of sour cream shopping list
- 1 clove of garlic, grated shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon of worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon of celery salt shopping list
How to make it
- Wash chicken pieces well and store in container with tight fitting lid.
- Mix all ingredients together, pour over chicken, and let marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
- When ready to fry, dry the chicken pieces and dredge them in flour.
- Heat some vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat and brown the chicken pieces on all sides.
- Lower the heat and cover skillet and cook for 30- 35 minutes.
