How to make it

  • Wash chicken pieces well and store in container with tight fitting lid.
  • Mix all ingredients together, pour over chicken, and let marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
  • When ready to fry, dry the chicken pieces and dredge them in flour.
  • Heat some vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat and brown the chicken pieces on all sides.
  • Lower the heat and cover skillet and cook for 30- 35 minutes.
