Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups yellow cornmeal shopping list
- 1/4 cup flour{Not self rising}. shopping list
- 1 tsp. soda shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1 Tsp. sugar shopping list
- 2 cups buttermilk shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons salad oil shopping list
- 1 egg yolk {Slightly beaten shopping list
- 1 stiffly beaten egg white shopping list
How to make it
- Mix dry ingredients Add buttermilk oil egg yolk
- Fold in egg white. Let stand 10 minutes Bake on hot griddle
- Makes 16 4 inch pancakes. butter pancake pour syrup over them or Molasses. ENjoy.
