Salt and pepper Shape into six patties Coat lightly with 1/4 cup of flour Brown in hot cookin oil in Skillet Drain fat COMBINED: tomatoe sauce undrained mushrooms wine parsely oregano pour overe meat cver simmer 20-25 minutes Seve over Hot cooked noddles. Sprinkle with Parmeasan cheese {6 servings}
