Scallipino Burgers

- 1 1/2 Lbs ground veal shopping list
- 1 cup soft bread crumbs shopping list
- 1 beaten egg shopping list
- 1/4 cup cookin oik shopping list
- i1 8 oz. can tomatoe sauce shopping list
- 1 3oz can mushrooms or 2/3 cups mushroom stems} shopping list
- 1/4 cup white wine shopping list
- 1Tablespoon finely snipped Parsely shopping list
- 1/4 Tsp oregano shopping list
How to make it
- Combine veal crumbs eggs 2 Tbs. Milk 1/2 tsp. Salt and pepper Shape into six patties Coat lightly with 1/4 cup of flour Brown in hot cookin oil in Skillet Drain fat COMBINED: tomatoe sauce undrained mushrooms wine parsely oregano pour overe meat cver simmer 20-25 minutes Seve over Hot cooked noddles. Sprinkle with Parmeasan cheese {6 servings}

This sounds so good! Will have to try it this weekend. I'm not big on regular hamburgers but with veal and wine I'll bet this one is tasty!! Thanks!
