Tarte Au Sucre - Sugar Pie From Quebec Recipe

Tarte Au Sucre - Sugar Pie From Quebec Recipe
A classic dessert from when our ancestors worked in the forests and fields all day, cutting wood and planting fields. It's very sweet, so a small wedge with a dab of lightly sweetened whipped cream will suffice!
