How to make it

  • In a medium bowl, combine turkey, onion, bread crumbs, egg, garlic, chili powder, and cumin. mix well
  • shape into approximately 3/4-inch meatballs... about 36
  • place crushed chips on a plate.
  • roll each meatball in chips coating thoroughly
  • on a 15 x 10-inch baking pan lightly coat with cooking spray and arrange the meatballs
  • bake at 350' F for 20 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink in the center
  • in small bowl, combine sour cream and the salsa.
  • serve as a dip for the meatballs

    Yes, this is a good basic recipe. Next time I would add chopped green chilies and shredded sharp cheddar cheese to the mix. I hope you like my photo!

    Love turkey meatballs, peeta, and your recipe sounds extra tasty and spicy...turkey lends itself so well to added spiceness - I know we will love these!
