Lime Marinated Grilled Salmon

- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice shopping list
- 1 tablespoon olive oil shopping list
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1 teaspoon Fresh ginger; grated shopping list
- 1 clove Garlic; crushed shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper shopping list
- 4 salmon steaks; 1 inch thick shopping list
How to make it
- Combine marinade ingredients in a small bowl.
- Place fish in a flat glass pan or pie plate or into a large zip bag, pour marinade over top. Turn to coat.
- Marinate for 45-60 minutes, turning several times.
- Have grill heated to white coals or gas grill heated to medium.
- Brush grill with additional olive oil.
- Grill fish until cooked through and opaque in center.
- Turn after about 4-5 minutes.
- Total grilling time will depend on heat of the grill and thickness of fish.
- Fish may also be done on a broiler pan brushed with oil. Turn after 5 minutes for about 10 minutes total broiling time.

Just...yum! :) Love grilling, love salmon, love lime, love garlic, love dijon, love cayenne, love olive oil and pepper...ginger's a sometimes friend...how can I not like this? ;) Great addition, doc!
