A fabulous recipe for BBQ season or anytime! Enjoy! :)

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Cooked Blackeyed Peas
- 1 Cup White Cornmeal
- 1/2 Cup Flour
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 Ibs. grated Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 Ibs. browned and drained Ground Beef
- 1 Chopped Onion
- 2 Chopped Jalepenas
- 3/4 Cup Creamed Corn
- 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1 Cup Buttermilk
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients together except Cheese which will be added last. Pour into greased baking dish.
- Bake @ 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
- Love it with BBQ or by itself! :)
