A fabulous recipe for BBQ season or anytime! Enjoy! :)
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Cooked Blackeyed peas shopping list
- 1 Cup white cornmeal shopping list
- 1/2 Cup flour shopping list
- 1 Tsp salt shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 Ibs. grated cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1/2 Ibs. browned and drained ground beef shopping list
- 1 Chopped onion shopping list
- 2 Chopped Jalepenas shopping list
- 3/4 Cup creamed corn shopping list
- 1/2 Tsp baking soda shopping list
- 1 Cup buttermilk shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all the ingredients together except Cheese which will be added last. Pour into greased baking dish.
- Bake @ 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
- Love it with BBQ or by itself! :)

I just have one (?) when do I use the cheese?
Is it sprinkled on the top before baking?
