How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400.
  • Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup and level off.
  • In large bowl combine all crust ingredients then blend until crumbly.
  • Reserve 2 cups crumbs for filling and topping.
  • Press remaining crumbs in bottom and 3/4" up sides of unprepared jelly roll pan.
  • Bake at 400 for 10 minutes.
  • In large bowl combine 1/4 cup reserved crumbs and all filling ingredients except pecans.
  • Mix well then stir in pecans and pour over baked crust and bake 10 minutes longer.
  • Reduce oven temperature to 350 then sprinkle remaining crumbs over top and bake 25 minutes.
