Streusel Pecan Pie Squares

- 3 cups all purpose flour shopping list
- 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups butter chilled shopping list
- Filling: shopping list
- 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups corn syrup shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 1/3 cup butter melted shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups chopped pecans shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup and level off.
- In large bowl combine all crust ingredients then blend until crumbly.
- Reserve 2 cups crumbs for filling and topping.
- Press remaining crumbs in bottom and 3/4" up sides of unprepared jelly roll pan.
- Bake at 400 for 10 minutes.
- In large bowl combine 1/4 cup reserved crumbs and all filling ingredients except pecans.
- Mix well then stir in pecans and pour over baked crust and bake 10 minutes longer.
- Reduce oven temperature to 350 then sprinkle remaining crumbs over top and bake 25 minutes.
